Sports Massage
£70- 1 hour appointment

Target tightness, reduce chronic pain or stay ahead of the game with a sports massage appointment.
Add Dry needling to your treatment for no extra charge.

Spot potential injuries before they strike with posture observation, movement analysis and muscle strength/ length tests. Leave with exercises to implement into your routine, designed to reduce your chance of injury and help you move better.
Postural analysis

£75- 1 hour initial consultation
Investigate your symptoms with a deep dive into your medical and fitness history, followed by a series of movement and strength tests. Leave the appointment with a program designed to relieve your symptoms and elevate your training.
£40- 30 minute follow up appointment
£50- 45 minute follow up appointment
Assess your progress and alter your rehab program accordingly. Followed by hands-on treatment to assist you on your journey of healing.
Dry needling

A fast and effective treatment to target stubborn muscle knots and muscle tightness.
In order to secure your booking, a £15 non-refundable deposit is required. This is included in the price of the service and will come off your total when paying at the end of the appointment.
If you wish to change your booking 24 hours notice is required to keep your deposit.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer or cash.
All bookings are taken and finalised via email.
